BRATHERS ARRESTED
FOR STEALING HENS

Louis Hinckel's hencoop at 11 Min-Thorne Street was robbed of 25 hens Monday night and last night, not 24 hours after the robbery. Edward H. Brathers, a painter, was arrested by Officer Joseph S. McCarthy and locked up at Station 1 for robbing Hinckel's henroost. Brathers tried to dispose of some of the hens on Lovell Street yesterday morning and during the attempt to strike a bargain got scared and left a bag behind containing three live hens and eight dead ones. Officer McCarthy was detailed on the case and arrested Brathers on a warrant.
