Time the Subscribers commenced Publishers and are desirous to support a FREE and IMPARTIAL PRESS, founded upon true Republican Principles, and which. so long as the present Publishers have the direction of it. shall ever be considered the CENTINEL of LIBERTY, have now a fair opportunity of gratifying their Desires by discharging their several Accompts immediately. The importance of a Free Press in a Free State needs no comment.--It ever has proved the scourge of Tyrants and the dread of designing and ambitious Men.
Fully determined that the New-Hampshire Gazette shall not be clogged with the Influence of any one particular Person or Party,-a ready compliance with the above Request will not only enable the Publishers to prosecute their Plan with Leisure, but serve their Readers and Patrons to Acceptance.
