The St. Paul Branch membership reported 306 additional memberships on Tuesday evening. Thurman McFarthing, Division No. I leader, has given fair warning to Mr. Norman Davis, Division No. II leader, that they are not to be counted out in the race for the outstanding division.
The Captains in Division No. I are: J. Nathaniel Smith, Mrs. Frederick Renaud, Mr. Gordon Kirk, James Thomas, Richard K. Fox. Jr., Mrs. Ethel Richburg, Marion Brown, Mrs. Josephine Oden, Mrs. Dennis Sims and Cecil Little.
