A series of three programs to be used for the study of a book, "Meet Dr. Luke" will begin on Wednesday evening in the Tazewell Presbyterian Church at 7:30 P.M., when Miss Minnie Jane Williams will give the devotional followed by the introduction to the book.
Mrs. A. G. Peery will discuss the portion concerned with Luke the Historian and Joseph S. Gillespie will tell of Luke the Physician and Luke the Musician.
The second in the series of studies will be on March 19 with Robert Jennings, Mrs. Morris Ferrell and Mrs. W. F. Wadsworth discussing various parts of the book.
On April 16, a covered dish supper will be held at 6:30 P.M., and W. M. Gillespie and Justice A. C. Buchanan will conclude the study.
Mrs. W. D. Bundy, Sr. made arrangements for the speakers and the book study.
