Actor With Bigamy

LOS ANGELES, May 16.-Jean Acker, film actress, from whom Rodolpho Valentino, film actor, obtained an interlocutory decree of divorce January 10, said last night she "would like to do something" because of his marriage at Mexicali, Lower California, last Saturday, to Winifred Hudnut, dancer and film art director, known professionally as Natacha Rambova.

"I shall take the matter up with my attorney tomorrow," said Miss Acker, who, according to judges of the Los Angeles county superior court, still is Mrs. Valentino, and will be until, if nothing happens to prevent, the interlocutory decree is made final January 10, 1923.

According to Judge Summerfield, such a marriage as that contracted by Valentino and Miss Hudnut is bigamous.

Efforts to locate Valentino and his bride failed.
