The Home Economics Classes 8-1, 9-2, 10-1 and 10-2 were presented in a Fashion Show by Mr. James A. Livas, 8-2 Class. The girls fashioned nightwear, sports, skirts and blouses, dressy dresses and evening wear.

Juanita Hendricks and Norma Dennis made the most garments which they enjoyed fashioning. Senita Garcia, Vicky Ann Henry and Yolanda Woodson were guest models for small children's wear.

Mr. Livas read the Easter Story and described the fashion show. He was assisted by Mr. Wilfred James. Mr. Steven Bostic presided at the piano rendering light and gay music.

The audience sang "Easter Parade" under the direction of Mr. Bostic.

Mr. Richards made remarks and tribute was paid to Mrs. Dorothy Hicks and Mrs. Lena Shullerbrandt, Home Economics Teachers, who will be on leave for the rest of this school year.
