NOVEMBER 21.

AUTHENTIC NEWS FROM FRANCE.

On Monday last, His Most Christian Majesty's cutter, la Levrette, commanded by M. Chevalier DE LABOURDONNAYE arrived here in 36 days from Brest, with dispatches for the Hon. Consul of France.

At the departure of the above cutter, we can assure our readers that the National Assembly was still progressing towards a completion of the great objects under their deliberation: That the loan of 80,000,000 of livres was filled up: That tranquility was entirely restored: And that there was every prospect that FRANCE was rapidly approximating to that state of respectability as a Nation, which her immense resources -- the fertility of her soil -- and the patriotism of her King, and People, entitle her to.
