This Day the Lion and Hind Men of War, with the Transports and Troops for Lisbon, were to sail from Portsmouth. Two Troops of Light Horse embarked there Yesterday.

Besides the Troops already ordered from hence, and from Ireland and Belleisle to Portugal, 14,000 more Infantry are, we are told, to be sent thither; eight Battalions of which are to come from Germany, whose Place is to be supplied with Prussians, and the King of Prussia is to be reinforced with a large Body of Russians, some say 50,000 Horse and Foot, in British Pay, in Consideration of which no Subsidy is to be paid to Prussia:

It is said the Marquis of Granby will take Leave of his Majesty To-morrow in order to set out for Germany, to take upon him the Command of the British Forces there.
