BEFORE any material re-armament plan can succeed.
there must be a change of heart in our people. The
answer lies in developing moral re-armament alongside
material re-armament. Moral Re-Armament is growing
in strength and offers the very cause we need to re-unite
our people. It removes class distinction, industrial strife,
and all the things at the very root of our disunity. We
recommend a study of Moral Re-Armament by every offi-
cer and man in the labor movement. With a crew so
united, we could face with more equanimity the gathering
storm.
The next step forward in the historic march of the
