Dennis Debert, Esq; writes that the Address to his Majesty by the House of Representatives of this Province on Occasion of the Repeal of the Stamp-Act, has been presented by his Grace the Duke of Richmond, and most graciously received ; and that it arriv'd the first of any of the Addresses upon that happy Event. Also that the Votes of Thanks to the several illustrious Members of both Houses of Parliament, who most eminently distinguished themselves as the Patrons of our Liberty, were very kindly receiv'd.
