Mr. Dillon Urges Irish to Fight.

[By Telegraph to the Asheville Citizen.]

Dublin, Nov. 1.—Mr. Dillon addressed a League meeting at Limerick to-day. He condemned the authorities for imprisoning Mr. O'Brien; declared that their action was an outrage upon the Irish race. Partisan Judges, he said, confirmed the Mitchelstown sentence under circumstances astounding even to those accustomed to the mock cry of law in Ireland. O'Brien's arrest was such a blunder that they would have relented but to vital cost. He would recommend to no people who, having arms to procure liberty, would submit to such brutal treachery.
