BIG PROGRAM AT BELVIEW SUNDAY

18 Numbers Arranged by Legion Post Committee in Charge of Entertainment

LARGE CROWD EXPECTED

Redwood Falls to Contribute Three Jacks Act, Male Quartet Numbers

Several thousand people are expected to attend the picnic at the Eric Sander farm north of Belview, sponsored by the Belview American Legion and Auxiliary, Sunday and hear the program. Henrik Shipstead, senior United States senator from Minnesota, will be the principal speaker. Redwood Falls men are to appear on the program which will begin at 12:30 p. m. The Three Jacks—Jack Lauterbach, Jack Herman and their little dog, Jackie, will present a comedy skit and a male quartet, Fred Anthony, T. F. Reed, C. A. Lauterbach and H. V. Starr, will sing. Mr. Shipstead who recently returned from Washington is expected to give interesting information on recent legislation including the N. R. A. and farm bills. Mr. Shipstead is an outstanding speaker.

Following is the program which has been arranged by the committee in Belview:

Concert by Danube band; Harris Nelson, director.

Vocal Solo—Mrs. Q. Boynton, Renville; accompanied by Danube band.

Famous Chorus Girl—Wally Norton, ex-soldier, Walnut Grove.

Singing and Dancing—"I've Got My Habits On," Delores Bernham, Walnut Grove; Mrs. Henry Kramer, accompanist.

Address—Senator Shipstead.

Vocal Solo—Mrs. Ruth Nelson, Montevideo; Mrs. Clara Thomton, accompanist.

Seaforth Band—Arnold Kramer director.

Comedy Number—Dr. A. J. McLean, Wabasso.

Vocal Duet—Kathryn and Helen Kelly, Milroy.

Vocal Solo—J. E. Nelsen, Renville; Mrs. Nelson, accompanist.

Reading, "The Ladies Aid at the Local Theatre" - Miss Elizabeth Rudd, Benson.

Male Quartet—H. V. Starr, F. H. Anthony, T. F. Reed and C. A. Lauterbach. Redwood Falls.

The Three Jacks—Jack Lauterbach, Jack Herman and dog, Jackie, Redwood Falls.

Musical Number—Gerhard Knutson.

Weflen's Orchestra—Albert Weflen, leader. Granite Falls.

Musical Number - Vernon and Lloyd Danielson.

Violin Solo—John Blackstock, Chicago.
