NEW-YORK. July 28:

A Special Commission we are told has been given out for the Trial of some of the Rioters in the Upper Counties: and on Thursday the Chief Justice, the Horsmanden, embarked for Dutchess County, accompanied by some of his Majesty's Council, Attorney-General, Lawyers, &c. And on Saturday William Pendergast, who was lately apprehended and brought to our Goal, as one of the Principals, for high Treason, was, under a strong Guard of Grenadiers, removed on board a Sloop to be carried up for Tryal.
