Lovely Claims.--We are informed by the officers of the Land office at this place, that they have been instructed by the proper Department at Washington, to re-investigate and receive further proof on all claims which have heretofore been brought before them for adjudication--under the act of Congress giving to actual settlers in Lovely county, a donation of 320 acres of land, as a remuneration for losses sustained by the Cherokee treaty--and which have been, for want of sufficient evidence, suspended or rejected.
