For the Morning Star

Br. Burr:-

I have recently received a communication from the Q. M. in Nova Scotia. This branch of our connection is in a flourishing state. At its last session, the delegates concluded that two hundred dollars could be raised to defray the expense of an itinerant minister. I am requested by Eld. McGray to go to N. S. to preach for the Q. M., or to select some one to go in my stead. I do not expect that I can go. I would therefore request brother Lewis Wells, formerly of Underhill, Vt. to accept of their proposal and go and labor with them. Brother W. will please write me as soon as convenient.

K. R. Davis.
