All schools in the Noble county system will be dismissed on Friday, Feb. 7, to enable the teachers to attend a county-wide Guidance Workshop, to be held in the Summerfield high school building. The workshop will open at 9:30 a. m., with lunch served in the school cafeteria at 12:00. John Odgers and Charles Weaver from the guidance staff of the state department of education and George Hill, head of the guidance department of Ohio University, will serve as discussion leaders. These individuals are widely known in the guidance field. The purpose of the workshop is to stress the importance of guidance in all teaching fields, both elementary and high school. A very profitable and informative day is anticipated for all members of the county teaching staff.
