SIXTY CHILDREN GIVEN HEALTH EXAMINATIONS

The annual pre-school health examination was held in the High School on Thursday last. About 60 children were examined by Drs. B. Baylis Earle, Lee J. Whittles, Edwin Griswold, Theodore B. Ackerly and Joseph Raffa. In addition, doctors from the State Department of Health were present. Nurses in attendance included Mrs. Marjory Norton, Miss Emily Andrews and Mrs. Dorothy Barre.

No serious defects were reported. The annual check-up is held with the object of locating and correcting any physical defects which may appear in the children, before they enter school in the fall.
