Fire--An Ill-fated Concern.

Toledo, O., Dec. 13.--The east wing of the Milburn Wagon Works, in this city, was destroyed by fire this morning. Loss, $40,000 to $45,000; insured for $35,000 to $38,000. Just one year ago the same company suffered an almost total loss of their entire works, together with a large quantity of finished wagons and a large amount of lumber, amounting to $125,000. This is the fourth destructive fire this company has suffered in Toledo.

The main works consisted of two immense brick buildings, joined together by an engine-house between them. This time the main building only known as the east wing, suffered.
