The Cholera.

Since our record of the death of Mr. Jones, there have been four deaths which are reputed to be of Cholera. Their names are Simmons, Butler, Golden, and the boy John Randall. Butler and Randall were decided cases. The others were more doubtful. The premonitory symptoms in all the above cases were not attended to in season, or they might possibly have been saved. We have heard of no new cases for the last two days, and as the disease, when attended to in season, yields to the administration of appropriate medicine, very little alarm prevails among our citizens. We trust that it may not appear among us in a more malignant form than it has done. If it does not, our people will have great cause to be thankful. Several have had the premonitory symptoms, but we believe all are on the recovery.
