Wind blew over the privately owned Spokane airplane Sunday morning at the Harry Shriver farm, three miles southwest of Moscow. The propellor was smashed and the rudder damaged but no other damage was done and no one was hurt. The machine was standing on a hill when a particularly heavy gust of wind tipped it over. The machine is not the one owned by the Spokane Industries, which was in the air practically all day Sunday and once or twice this morning. Mechanics were at work all day Sunday on the airplane, parked at the Shriver place, and the aircraft was ready for flight this afternoon. Bad air currents and the heavy wind prevented the aviators from taking a trial flight.
