It is announced in the Baltimore Commercial Chronicle, that Mr. Pechin has disposed of his interest in that establishment, and the concern of Pechin & Leakin is dissolved. S. C. Leakin, Francis H. Davidge, and William Ogden Miles, are announced as proprietors of the Chronicle establishment, which is in future to be conducted under the firm of Leakin, Davidge & Niles. The editor of the Baltimore Gazette liberally observes—"This association of energy, talents, and practical knowledge, is calculated to ensure that the paper will be well conducted."
