33 new cases of Tuberculosis were reported in Mississippi last week. 16 new cases of tuberculosis were reported in the same week of 1944. One new case of tuberculosis was reported in Holmes county last week.
One case of cerebro-spinal Meningitis was reported in Holmes county last week. The Army is using sulfadiazine to prevent the spread of cerebro-spinal meningitis when they have an outbreak.
