BALTIMORE, May 3.

By accounts from Annapolis, we learn the Assembly have adjourned--a list of the laws has not yet come to hand, but we hear the turnpike bill for Baltimore County is not repealed, and the elections for said County are removed to the inn, commonly called the Burnt-House Tavern, nine miles from town. The insolvent law is repealed, and the old law of 1744 is renewed.

Extract of a letter from Annapolis, dated May 26, to the Printer.
"Yesterday the act for the relief of insolvent debtors was repealed--and an act passed for working criminals on the roads.--It is expected this law will be well received, as it will turn the vices of men to the advantage of the State."
