We further learn from S. Carolina of October 28. That the four companies of the 17th and 22d regiments, then at Ninety Six, and commanded by Captains John Campbell, Christopher French, Sir Harry Seton, and Quintin Kennear, were to march down the country immediately, and embark on board the transport ships Amity's Assistance, and Brotherly Love, and proceed for Dominico, Guadaloupe, or Barbados, under convoy of his Majesty's ship Nightingale, James Campbell, Esq; commander. Major Alexander Monypenny of the 2d regiment, they say, will embark with those four companies.
