DISHONEST DOMESTIC.-Ellen Turner, residing with a lady in Harvey street, was arrested yesterday for larceny. It seems she had been in the habit of pilfering small articles for some time past, and had been detected in doing up small parcels of tea, sugar, etc., but had exculpated herself in some manner or other. The other day the lady of the house gave her the key of the refrigerator to get some provisions. There happened to be attached to the key another that unlocked the bureau, and Ellen went first to the bureau and abstracted $10 from a quantity of money lying in a drawer. When searched she had the $10 concealed under the bosom of her dress. She was committed by Alderman Thomas to answer the charge of larceny.
