We were gratified to see among those who followed the remains of Col. Yell out of town, on Friday last, a detachment of old soldiers of the last war, and would be pleased were we able to give all their names. We recognised among them, the Hon. R. C. S. Brown, Hon. Sam'l C. Roane, Capt. Wm. Russell, Messrs. Valentine Matlock, Jos. Bryant, David Matlock, Jno. G. Gray, Lewis Johnston, Whitfield Bourne, Henry H.
