Miniatures of Key West scenes proved so popular with winter visitors and townspeople last year that they will be offered again this year.
This year's miniatures will feature points of interest "up and down Duval Street," as well as paintings of Key West flowers.
The fourteen members of the group who were present at the planning meeting last night at the Karns Studio-Gallery will also exhibit larger examples of their work.
Most of the pictures will be of Key West and the Keys, but there will also be other types of pictures.
The members of the Key West group work in practically every medium and their work ranges from the frankly impressionistic to primitives.
The show will officially open on Sunday afternoon, February 6 and will continue through February 12.
After the opening day, hours will be from 9 to 5 daily.
Amateur or professional artists who wish to exhibit during the fair, especially visitors and service personnel stationed here, are asked to contact Tomi Karns at 220 Duval Street or by calling 2-6811.
