The Business Men.

A special meeting of the local Business Men's Association was held on Tuesday evening at their rooms in Rounds Block, the prime object being to choose delegates to represent the association at a meeting to be held at the Narragansett Hotel on Saturday evening in the interest of the Industrial exhibition to be held in Providence. About twenty members were present. The following delegates were chosen: H. B. Woolf, Esq., Hon. James T. Kennedy and W. L. Whipple

After this business was transacted there was considerable informal discussion on the Post Office question and it is understood that the committee in charge expect to obtain suitable and satisfactory quarters on the square at an early date.
