BERMUDA, Jan. 18.

The expediency of permitting American vessels to export British manufactured articles, or West India produce, from the ports of St. Andrew's, St. John's, New-Brunswick and Halifax in Nova Scotia, to the United States, and to import into those provinces certain productions of the United States, having been acceded to by the board of trade, we have reason to hope similar indulgences will be extended to this colony, by which the evident good purposes of the measure in counteracting the American scheme of non-intercourse may be considerably improved.
