To be communicated.

Worthy SIR,

It is, by many zealous friends to their country, warmly recommended to the very respectable body over whom you preside, that they would make a proper application of the juice of pine, and the plume of owls and crows, to a number of advertising Pedagogues, Surgeons and Men Midwives, lately arrived from the polite city, where man-wifery was first practised, particularly to doctor Botet-bladder, Accoucheur from France, who has lately acquainted 'the most amiable part of the creation,' through the channel of D--s paper, that he submits himself into their hands, with this expectation 'that they will submit themselves into his' that he may practice upon them ala mode de Paris.

It is expected that in his next advertisement, this modest doctor will acquaint the public, unless prevented by a wholesome castigation from your committee, that he is sufficient orders for the occasional administration of B-- ,in the SHannYan way ; whenever there shall be apparent danger of the death of a child before delivery.
