Duelling Punished.—The West Chester (New York) Herald mentions the trial of Messrs. Dunlap and Allen, principals, and Messrs. Dickey and Youle, seconds, who were last week found guilty at the Rockingham County Circuit, of being concerned in a duel about a year since.—Dunlap, who sent the challenge, was fined $300; Allen who accepted it, was fined $250; and the two seconds, $50 each. The court in pronouncing sentence remarked, that it had taken into consideration the very great expense, which it appeared had already been incurred by the parties; otherwise they would have been fined in a much heavier sum.
