Extract of a letter from the Hague March 16:
"Our last accounts from Paris mention that a confirmation has been received there of the signing the preliminaries of peace between the Courts of Berlin and Vienna.
"From Vienna we hear, that the principal articles of the peace are said to be, that that Court shall restore all Bavaria to the Elector Palatine, except the district of Bou'z-hansen and its dependencies, which shall remain to the House of Austria: that to the Court of Dresden shall be ceded the Fief of Bohemia, situated in Saxony, and that the House Of Austria will indemnify that Court with regard to their allodial pretensions, by giving up the Lordship of Meadalbeimi Susbic, with a promise never to interpose in the succession of the electoral House of Brandenburgh to the two well known principalities in Franconia, on condition, however that neither of them shall over be exchanged for Lusatia.
The Bohemian Fiefs in Bavaria shall be given up to the Elector Palatine, and the Fiefs of the empire in the Upper Palatinate shall be left to the Emperor to dispose of conformable to his capitulations Mecklenburgh will, it is said, receive to indemnification the Ju de sen appolland z"
Further negotiation to be made between the Electors of Saxony and Palatine, it will be inserted in the treaty to be concluded in order to prevent any future wars, &c. These are said to be the principal.
