PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS.—There are no
more State elections to be held until the choice of Pres-
idential Electors. The following schedule shows the
date of the Presidential elections in the different States,
with the number of Electors to which each State is
entitled.

Equal to the number of Senators and Representatives
in Congress to which the several States are entitled.
All are elected by general ticket except the eleven in
South Carolina.
In New York city, Brooklyn and Williamsburg.
the election commences and ends on the 4th. In the
rest of the State it commences on the 2d and contin-
ue three days
In New York, Massachusetts, Delaware and Missis-
sippi, the State elections are held simultaneously with
those of Presidential Electors. Also in New Haven
district, Conn., a member of the present Congress is to
be elected in place of Judge Storrs, resigned.
