On Some Of
State Lands

Raleigh, March 31—Joint meeting of the State Boards of Education and Conservation and Development has been scheduled to discuss no to temporary easements or grant more permanent parts to consent to drill test wells for oil on lands owned or controlled by the Board in eastern North Carolina.

The current search for oil in this area is by no means the first.

All the previous moves proved to be sources of oil in small quantities in Florida, Kansas, Montana, etc.

Some months ago Austin men including such well as Marco Mott, Ellis F. E. Wallace, Ed Perry, T. Blaine.

To know a quantity of oil in crude may preliminary surveys.

Three surveys have been adequately complete geophysical misad petroleum.
