The oath of fidelity to the Emperor Don Pedro and to the Political Constitution of the Brazilian Empire, continued to be taken by the civil and military authorities, and the people of the different provinces. A subscription list is open at Rio for the increase of the Imperial Navy. The last Will of Napoleon Bonaparte was printed at large in the Brazilian Gazettes. [Beacon. Norfolk, Dec 20—We learn from Capt Harding, of the brig Eliza Reilly, reported in our last, in 37 days from Rio Janeiro, that 36,569 barrels of Flour were brought into that port, between 3d Sept and 31st October last. The markets were extremely dull for American produce. [ib.
