JUNEAU CITY BAND
PLAYS, DEDICATION
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT

The Juneau City Band made another of its many hits yesterday when a short snappy concert was given at the dedication of the municipal airport.

The concert consisted of eight selections and the 18 members, under the direction of Joseph M. Shofner, received many congratulations—also generous applause.

The band will meet again tomorrow night at 7:30 o'clock in the Grade School auditorium for a quick rehearsal of numbers to be played at the Flag Day exercises to be given by the Elks. Bandsmen are requested to wear their white uniforms.
