At the Board of Commissioners appointed to carry into effect the 6th article of the treaty of amity with Great Britain, further proceedings are suspended. The American commissioners deem it their duty to lay before the President the differences that prevail between them and the other members of the Board, and in the mean time to be absent until an opportunity shall be given to the two nations, by an explanatory article, to remove the present difficulties.
