Regular correspondence.
C. N. Matlock spent Sunday with Dry Branch friends.
Mrs. William Goshorn and son were at Camden last Saturday.
Misses Bell and Sadie Peebles visited Mrs. Jennie Matlock last Sunday.
J. T. Flowers of Chalk Level was mingling with friends here last Sunday.
H. L. Matlock is making ties when he is not doing something else.

Miss Eunice Matlock is visiting her uncle, N. Phillips, at McIlwain this week.
D B Pollard is teaching a singing school, in which our people are taking great interest.
Misses Margaret and Rachel Peebles were guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Matlock Sunday.
Rev. D. Pollard filled his regular appointment here last Sunday, preaching to a large congregation.
Mrs. Jennie Matlock gave the young folks an entertainment last Saturday night, which was well attended.
It seems that T. W. Whitfield was somewhat "betwixt and between" Sunday. One at a time, old boy, Say, Archie, why don't you tote fair with T. W? Now, Harvey, what's got you in sulks?
