MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (LPA) —By Jan. 1, 1947, there will be 300 families living in their "dream city" 10 miles from here. The lucky people are members of the Circle Pines cooperative housing project, and are the first group of home-seekers to occupy what eventually will be a community housing between 1500 and 2000 families.

Located on a lake, the property includes 1200 acres of farm land, and will be complete with cooperative stores, movie, day nurseries, and recreation areas. Altogether, $16,000,000 is the value of the new cooperative housing set-up, which will be owned and operated by its residents.
