PRICES FOR FURS SEATTLE
Harry A. Wertz and George S.
Moshier, two of the best known of
oldtime trappers and prospectors in
the Territory. returned to Seward to-
day from Seattle passengers on the
steamer Admiral Evans. Both "Sour-
doughs" went out last month with
their winter's fur catch disposing of
them at the Seattle Fur auction sale
at an excellent price.
Mr. Wertz is a partner to the well
known "Moose" Johnson of Chulitna.
Recently they made a deal with their
Ruby Silver Mint mine with an Out-
side company which has already be-
gun
development of the property.
Mr. Moshier is also interested in
likely looking property in the Chulit-
na district.
