PRIVATE PENSION BILL ATTACKED BY GEORGIAN.

Congressman Roddenbery Says it Is Loaded Down With Thieving Graft.

WASHINGTON, Feb. 23.—In an attack on private pension bills pending in the house today, Representative Roddenbery, of Georgia, Democrat, declared the Sherwood service pension bill as it passed the house some time ago, had been loaded down with "graft, steal, injustice and privilege."

"The house took the leadership away from the committee that reported that bill and loaded it down as a Republican congress never would have done," asserted Mr. Roddenbery.
