Washington (AP)—President Roosevelt disclosed in connection with study of the mobilization of man power in war industries that the government was considering voluntary registering all women 18 to 65. Probably within a week the President asserted a decision will be reached. One of the difficulties of registering women, he asserted at his press conference, is inherent in the number of persons who would come forward to enroll. This would create mechanical difficulties, he said, remarking that the preparation of cards alone would be a tremendous job.
