B O S T O N, March 11.

Extract of a letter from Lisbon, dated Nov. 4.

It is much dreaded, a civil war will ensue in Ireland: for their affairs seem in a ferment state. as England seems inclined not to grant what they call for. It is in agitation to bring in the Roman Catholics for a vote. The steps the Volunteers are taking are very bold, and a little time will determines. as the resolutions of Parliament will declare a great deal. We hope disunion may not be the consequence; but if it should may Ireland conquer and be free!
