The Rock Hill Sunday School opened at the usual hour with Supt. Mrs. E. W. Cox in charge and Devotion by the Supt. The class was well taught and the lesson was reviewed by the pastor, Rev. J. E. Marsh. The offering amounted to $1.40.
Sunday, July 23, was Pastoral Day. The Devotion was led by Deacon S. W. Weathersby and Bro. E. W. Cox. After Devotion, the Ushers were in charge. Rev. Marsh preached a soul-stirring sermon from the subject, "Satan in the Church." Offering amounted to $22.45.
On Sick List: Mrs. Lizzie Potter. Mr. Jessie Bibber.
