Primary - 1st, 2nd & 3rd
Lee Swope, Samuel Roosma, Lucinda Gray, Susanna Krezlok, Dirk Roosma, Judith Collins and Glenda McCallum were the good spellers.
Judith Collins left Friday to make her home in Plains.
The name of Mrs. Lyle McHenry was inadvertently left out of the list of mothers who attended the Halloween party in the primary room on November 1.

Intermediate - 4th, 5th, 6th
The sixth grade learned poems for reading Friday; tests were given in arithmetic.
Pupils of the intermediate are sorry to lose Nancy Collins, who is moving to Plains.
Mike Gray is back in school after several days absence due to the flu.
The fifth grade is learning to make outlines in their reading; in music we are singing Christmas Carols. The fourth grade is studying Leonardo da Vinci in history.
Good spellers were Delores King, Betty King, Kenny Sweeney, Mike Gray, Mike Cottet, Jeanette Murray, Elizabeth Howser, Joe Zelezny, Anita McCallum, Linda Potter and Nancy Collins.

The eighth grade is studying about the War of 1812 and the results for each side; the eighth grade girls have been making reports on important topics in reading.
Morena Sampson was absent Friday.
The seventh and eighth grade pupils have been playing basketball at the noon hour, and at recess they play Keep Away.
In the eighth grade arithmetic the pupils are studying about discounts.
