Fort Smith. Ark. June 29 The Jury in the Southern Bank and Trust company case this afternoon returned a verdict of guilty of using the mails to defraud against O. Waller, president of Texas, F. De Moore Lemon of Pittsburg, Pa., vice president, Ed Hunt, assistant cashier, and J. M. Langston, Jr., director. Lemon was convicted on four counts and the rest on five. The Jury was out twenty four hours. The maximum penalty is a fine of $1,000 and imprisonment for three years. They were unable to furnish bail and were remanded to the custody of the county sheriff.
