Three Persons Over Niagara Falls.—A telegraph dispatch states that a boat containing three persons was carried over the Falls of Niagara on Thursday last. The names of the parties were Rosseau and Morse and Mrs. Morse. It appears the boat was struck by a gale and capsized. They were observed by persons on shore to get on to the boat for safety. They were soon carried away by the current into the rapids, and were last seen above the "Three Sisters." The wind was blowing a gale at the time. Rosseau was saved from a fate like this only about a year ago.
