We would venture also to suggest that if the game warden intended to begin a campaign against the lawless fishermen he would do well to make an example first of some resident of Las Vegas rather than of the stranger within our gates whom we would be glad to have carry away favorable impressions of this community and come here with his family for many summers.

Doubtless before again returning to this law abiding community, Mr. Jackson will carefully read over the territorial statutes. In the meantime, let all fishermen learn the lesson from his experience, rather than in the justice court.
