We have received the copy of a unanimous Report of the Select Committee of the Senate of Virginia, in favor of a Retrocession of Alexandria to Virginia, which we shall publish to-morrow. The Committee say, "circumstances justify the confident belief, that the act of retrocession which it is anticipated Congress will pass, will be accompanied by an appropriation to refund her the amount of her stock," &c.

In the House of Delegates on Monday, Mr. Epps, from the Special Committee on the subject, reported a bill "accepting by the State of Virginia the county of Alexandria, in the District of Columbia, when the same shall be received by the Congress of the United States."
