Copenhagen, Feb. 21. Since the Death of the Empress of Russia, our Ministry has been very attentive to the Consequences of that Event. Let them prove what they will the King has given several Orders concerning Military Affairs, and among others, to raise two new Regiments of Foot; and four Squadrons of Hussars. It is said that this Court is going to enter into a Negociation with that of Petersburg, in order to settle in an amicable Manner, the Right which has been for some Time in Dispute between them, with regard to some Territories in the Country of Holstein. The pacific and humane Disposition of the two Monarchs, gives us reason to hope that the Difficulties which have hitherto prevented the Success of this Affair will no longer subsist.
